This appeal process is for unpaid fines only. In addition, this Equipment Late Fee Appeal Form must be submitted no later than seven calendar days after the date that the equipment was returned. You will not be able to check out any equipment until the appeal is granted. If you have already paid your fine, you cannot appeal it and you cannot be refunded. You should hear back in regards to your appeal within 2-3 working days (depending on when it's received) via the e-mail address you provided.
