Equipment checkout is only available during the academic year.
Late fees can be paid on the InfoLabs website.
If you would like to appeal a late fee please fill out the Equipment Late Fee Appeal Form.
This appeal process is for unpaid fines only. If you have already paid your fine you cannot appeal it and you cannot be refunded. In addition, this appeals form must be received no later than 7 calendar days AFTER the date that the equipment was returned. You will not be able to check-out any equipment until the appeal is granted.
All TLC centers have digital cameras for checkout. Available are the Olympus D-595 (5 megapixel) [Manual], the Olympus FE-130 (5 megapixel) [Manual], the Olympus FE-230 (7 megapixel) [Manual], and the Coolpix L11 (6 megapixel) [Manual]. The included memory cards vary in size from 64 - 512 megabytes. USB cables are included for downloading pictures to a computer. Batteries are also provided.
All TLC centers have 13" MacBook A1181 laptops running both Windows XP and Mac OS X. They have a 2GHz processor and 1GB of RAM along with a wireless card. Software on these machines includes Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader, web browsers (Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari), and CD burning utilities.
All TLC centers have Panasonic PV-GS65 [Manual] and PV-GS320 [Manual] digital video cameras for checkout. Cameras include a firewire cable for transferring footage to a computer, battery, and charger. Accessory packs including a remote control and additional cables as well as tripods are also available.
All TLC centers have Viewsonic PJ562 [Manual], PJ750 [Manual], PJ862 [Manual], or Panasonic PT-LB50SU [Manual] projectors available for checkout with VGA (computer) cable and power cable.
